At the time of freedom struggle of Indian Independence there was a vacuum of power and uncertainties of a vacuum were prevailing in the minds of all the  Indian Muslims, who were the rulers. Under the prevailing precarious conditions a great need was felt to speed up their economic development and regain their lost glory.
